Cool, just got them. My first impression is that they have way better base, but they really are in-ear -- you can't hear anything else! If you want a good comparison, i think they sound pretty much like the regular iphone headset if you press them hard up against your ear (you'll notice better bass this way too).

Dang, it stopped working. Now I can't click through songs on the go anymore :( Oh well, that means it's time for some new headphones.
I went and ordered the RadTech headphones from here: https://www.radtech.us/Products/ProCableiPhoneHeadset.aspx
They look pretty good (got the white on aluminum), and they were only 35 bucks (I got some spare earbuds at the same time). Not a bad deal considering some of the other headsets on amazon were $75-$100 bucks! What a rip off!
Anyway, hopefully they will come in soon so i can let you know how they sound.
