I don't know what it is about these little things, but sushi makes me salivate like a wild dog. I used to be totally disgusted with the idea of eating raw fish, but now that I've experienced that fresh unique taste, I'm hooked. They're almost like sandwiches -- each one is made differently, but has a similar great taste you expect and love. Hmm, which gives me an idea,.. what if you make a little store that sells little sandwiches with a variety of goodies on top? Hmm, could interesting, almost like a european sushi. Given how people devour the little sandwiches with cream cheese and salmon at parties, this might have some merit.
