Personally, I'm in favor of the Denon because it's got the better UI, generates less heat, doesn't weigh 50 lbs, handles 4 ohm speakers better (Axiom M80 ti, vp150s), and appears to be more stable. Granted the onkyo has better 1080p upscaling via the HQV Reon-VX chip, I'm still going to be using the ps3 for the majority of my movies, so it really doesn't matter here.
